Hi, I’m Paul. One of the biggest reasons I started Navigoose is that I genuinely love travel — not just selling it, but actually going places, figuring out what makes a trip great, and learning the little things that can make a big difference.
Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to travel extensively across Europe, visit the USA many times, and explore parts of Asia too.
That experience shapes the way I recommend trips.
I’m not just looking at a hotel rating or a package price. I’m thinking about what the destination is really like, how easy it is to get around, what’s worth your time, and whether it actually suits the kind of holiday you want.
I’ve Been There
I’ve travelled to almost every country in Europe, which means I’ve seen first-hand just how different each place can be.
From city breaks and beach holidays to road trips and quieter escapes, I’ve experienced a huge range of destinations, cultures and ways to travel.
In the USA, I’ve spent time in New York City and Florida, and I’ve visited Walt Disney World and Universal Studios multiple times.
Those are the kinds of trips where first-hand knowledge really helps, because there are so many choices to make — where to stay, how long to go for, which tickets are worth it, how to plan your days and where you can save yourself a lot of hassle.
In Asia, I’ve travelled through Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, and China is high on my list for what comes next.
Every trip adds something new to the way I think about travel and the advice I can give.
I Don’t Believe in One-Size-Fits-All Holidays
A great holiday for one person can be completely wrong for someone else.
Some people want a packed itinerary. Others want to do as little as possible. Some want luxury, some want value, and some just want to know they’ve picked the right place.
That’s where I come in.
I’ll take the time to understand what you actually want from your trip, then help narrow down the options to the ones that genuinely make sense for you.
Real Experience, Not Just Recommendations
Of course, I haven’t stayed in every hotel or visited every destination on the planet.
But I do bring a lot of real travel experience to the table, and I combine that with trusted industry knowledge, supplier information and plenty of research.
If I know a destination well, I’ll tell you what I’ve learned from being there.
If I don’t, I’ll do the homework properly rather than pretending otherwise.
That’s important to me, because good travel advice should be useful, honest and based on more than just whatever happens to appear at the top of a search result.
Carefully Chosen, Not Randomly Found
Navigoose isn’t about throwing hundreds of options at you and leaving you to work it out.
I’d rather show you a smaller number of trips that I genuinely think are worth considering.
That might be because the location is better, the hotel offers better value, the flights are more convenient, or simply because the whole package makes more sense.
Sometimes the cheapest option is the best one.
Sometimes spending a little more makes a huge difference.
My job is to help you tell the difference.
Travel Advice with a Human Behind It
I want Navigoose to feel like asking a well-travelled friend for advice — just with access to professional travel suppliers and a much bigger toolkit.
So, whether you’re planning a weekend in Europe, a family trip to Florida, a big city break or somewhere completely new, I’ll help you find something that feels right for you.
Not because an algorithm told me to.
Because I’ve spent years travelling, learning what works, and getting pretty good at spotting the trips that are genuinely worth taking.
