Your Money Is Protected
When you book with Navigoose, your money isn’t simply disappearing into a business bank account.
Your booking is supported by Protected Trust Services (PTS), which uses a trust account system designed to help safeguard customer funds.
That means there are proper protections around the money you pay for your holiday, rather than it just becoming part of the day-to-day running costs of the business.
For me, that’s a really important part of earning your trust.

ATOL Protection Where It Applies
If you’re booking an eligible flight-inclusive holiday, it may also be protected by ATOL. If your trip is ATOL protected, you’ll receive an ATOL Certificate showing exactly what’s covered.
Not every type of travel booking falls under ATOL, so I’ll always be clear about what applies to your particular trip.
You shouldn’t have to guess, and you certainly shouldn’t have to dig through pages of small print to work it out.

Navigoose is independently run, so when you get in touch, you’re dealing with me.
That means I can take the time to understand what you actually want from a holiday, rather than pushing you through a one-size-fits-all booking process.
But although the service is personal, I’m not operating on my own.
